- How Much Liquid Can the Blanket Hold?
The Cuddle Puddle Blanket can absorb up to a liter of liquid. Rather than allowing the liquid to pool on the surface like many waterproof mats, Cuddle Puddle Blankets absorb and retain the liquid, thus safeguarding any surfaces below. Depending on the dimensions of the blanket, it may absorb even more than one liter! The OG and DV blankets are also resistant to stains, making them an essential item for activities such as free bleeding, birthing, and other messy situations.
· If you leave your Cuddle Puddle Blanket in the tumble dryer for an excessive period (more than 30 minutes), the inner TPU layer may melt, causing the blanket to become crunchy and less effective. Please adhere to our detailed washing instructions to prevent this issue.
· Your Cuddle Puddle Blanket might develop an odor if you a) use the delicate wash setting, b) use insufficient laundry detergent, or c) fail to dry it properly. Avoid using vinegar or fabric softener. Instead, opt for a long, warm wash with a fast spin cycle and dry it in direct sunlight.
· Due to the frequent washing of Cuddle Puddle Blankets, they may exhibit signs of wear and tear from the rigorous washing process. While most blankets will keep their waterproof properties for many years, some may begin to lose their waterproofing after 12 months of regular washing.
